At Corny Days at the Mainstreet Farmers Market this past Saturday (June 19, 2010) frequent market attendee, John Forrest, showed everyone how to ride a Pennyfarthing! Everyone stopped in awe to watch him ride around the market.
Corny Days was a huge success proving it to be one of the best markets of the season. Corny days featured music by Wally Brown from Small Town Addictions, Corn tasting of produce provided by various vendors at the market and fun games for children.
Corny Days helped to kick start the corn season and bring in a fun and exciting summer. Be sure to stop be the Mainstreet Farmers Market every Saturday into November from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. in the Sea Island Bank parking area just across from the courthouse!
